Paderno Dugnano, 17/10/2011 - Query company, established 25 years ago as ICT expert in development of management softwares, acquired a stake in Telnext. The common and mutually shared goal is to widen the spectrum of information technology solutions to be offered on the market and to the customers. This will of course strengthen the partnership between the two companies. The main factors that led to this choice can be referred to as a natural evolution of a previous relationship based on the sharing of ideas, resources and values. Different and complementary skills join together to provide complete information technology solutions: ERP, Retail, Web, Social Enterprise, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, CRM, Mobile, Infrastructure, Business Advice. The two companies can offer all this and much more... Many partnerships are based today on shared interests and areas. The partnership between Telnext and Query is based instead on a common view of business, mutual cooperation and values shared by people who consider professional ethics to be one of the keys to success.
How the partnership project came about
The cooperation between Query and Telnext began several years ago, thanks to a partnership focused on Sme.UP ERP. Since the very first projects the two companies have been sharing common policies and customer approach strategies, which provided the necessary conditions for a wider cooperation. Moreover, a common view of the IT market's evolution in the future encouraged and strengthened the partnership between the two companies, with Telnext playing a basic role in identifying new applications, and Query developing new innovation business models. Most particularly, Telnext focused on Salesforce.com solutions, worldwide leader in Cloud Computing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the latter based on Cloud, of which it soon became a certified and selected Consulting Partner.
